MVB come out of Keyano games ready to take on Augustana

The guys won the first set on Saturday. Would you say there was an evident momentum change after that set?
Yes, our side-out game took a dip in the second set dropping below 50%, so if we are going to allow the opponents to serve twice every time they go back to the service line, it's tough to keep the first set momentum going. Played better in the third--just made errors at the wrong times.

What will you take from this past weekend versus Keyano into this coming weekend against Augustana?
Error management. Need to keep the ball in play more and make less errors from the service line and in general.

What do your guys bring to the table this weekend and what does Augustana? Any specific players to watch out for on the court?
We haven't played UAA in pre-season this year, so this will be our first meeting. Keep an eye on the two #13s battling it out up the middle--last week ACAC Athlete of the Week Tyssen Voogd and Augustana's #13 Duncan MacDonald--they used to be teammates in club, so it will be an interesting weekend with those two going head-to-head!
