Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
ID card or FOB access only

How to Book:

  1. Go to 
  2. Read carefully instructions regarding showing your clearance screen
  3. Choose the “Individual Fitness Room Booking” Class
  4. Find the date and time you want to book, select it by pressing on it.
  5. Enter in your information
  6. Press “Book Appointment”

King’s Workout Centre is a place for all students and student-athletes to lift weights, do some cardio, and improve their overall fitness level. Cost to access the centre is free: the cost is covered through King's general student fees. 



Each year The King’s University replaces and adds new, environmentally friendly machinery to cut down our carbon footprint. Recent additions include a SportsArt ECO-POWR Green Fitness Equipment (Eliptical and Upright Bikes) and Samsara Fitness Trueform Runner Treadmill.

Cross Training

While it is necessary for an athlete to train for their specific sport, most exercisers find cross training very beneficial for maintaining a high level of overall fitness. Our multi-functional, wall mounted Cross Box Rig is versatile for any workout. The Workout Centre also comes equipped with accessories such as medicine balls, foam rollers, grips, and bars and ensures that our fitness room packs a punch.

Strength Training

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to build strength, endurance, and size of muscles. Free weights, barbells, and dumbbells are at your fingertips to help you reach new heights in your active lifestyle!
