Raya graduated from Salisbury Composite High School in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Biology.

Raya is a dedicated multi-sport athlete and accomplished musician. Throughout high school, she was a committed member of the senior basketball team, serving as co-captain for two of her three years. In addition to her leadership in basketball, she earned 4A provincial gold and silver medals in handball, as well as a bronze medal in volleyball. Her athletic excellence was recognized in her final year when she was awarded Athlete of the Year. 

Beyond sports, Raya has studied piano since the age of three. She regularly competes in music festivals and is actively working toward completing her piano examinations.

Fun Fact: I can fall asleep almost anywhere, especially in cars.
