Sam Lieuwen grew up in Surrey, British Columbia and attended Surrey Christian High School. She played for Fraser Valley Volleyball Club, where they won Provincials multiple times, and were awarded 5th place at Nationals in her final year. Sam is entering her third year of eligibility at post secondary, and is enrolled in Environmental Science, minoring in Biology. She has a passion for the outdoors and nature, and loves the activities that the Earth has to offer, such as hiking. Sam is an outside hitter, and always strives to learn and improve. Her work ethic inspires those around her, and her kind soul shares love to her teammates.
