Men's Soccer/Futsal

Nathan Smreciu comes into his first year from Harry Ainlay High School.  Smreciu’s athleticism is one that the Eagles squad is greatly looking forward to on the back line. Having experience at the men’s league level already, Nathan’s game has increased in speed, as well as physicality. Nathan’s academics are also strong, as he enters into King’s with an admission scholarship based on his honours high school marks. Nathan will be starting his Psychology degree with a Kinesiology minor this fall, as he explores the mind of not only his studies, but his sport psychology during soccer.

Coaches Notes: “Ever since I saw Nathan play, I knew he had heart. He had athleticism, and he had smarts. He works hard, and sees the game well, directing using his play. I look forward to seeing him in action on the field, as he learns with our veteran players on how servant leadership works, and how to be competitive not just in his soccer, but in his studies, as he pursues competitive excellence.
