Volkan Yasa, finishes his final year ready to play. Another Beaumont graduate, Yasa adds experience and composure in the midfield. Volkan plays strong on the ball, and tackles with the best of them. A true ball winning midfield, he has steadily honed in his distribution game, and winning balls in the air. A lead by example player, we look forward to our first and second year players learning from Volkan this coming season. Volkan has been working hard this past summer to play a high level and will be sure to bring a fantastic attitude to the pitch in his final year! Volkan is completing his degree in Computer Sciences.

Coaches Notes: “Recruited as a striker, Volkan has a smooth strike, but there were aspects to his game that suited him so much better to a holding midfield player, in fact, sometimes he was called to play centreback, and even excelled there. Volkan came off of some injuries in the previous year, but has been getting back into ACAC shape this summer and playing as high as he can. I can’t wait to see his final season, as it is sure to be an exciting one!”
