Men's Soccer/Futsal

Aaron Steenhof, a Bachelor of Commerce student from Smithers, British Columbia, came off a breakthrough season in his previous year, and aims to match last season’s success. Aaron is entering his 4^th year and has developed many aspects to his game; but the most important aspect has been his leadership.  Aaron understands his role is one of 18 on any given roster. He performs his job, and nothing more, ensuring he allows his teammates to be successful as well. In addition to his success on the field, Steenhof sets the bar high in academics as well, earning honours last year.

Coaches Notes: “A former Smithers boy myself, I understand where Aaron came from, and how far he has gone in his career, and am so happy that he found his stride in the ACAC as a goal scorer. He came to King’s as a dual sport athlete and eventually solely chose soccer as his sport, and that choice meant success. He has sacrificed his time and effort in his first 2 years as a support player, and has been blessed to be given a chance. He has taken that chance and not only brought it for himself, but for his team!”
