Seth VanderMeer is a first year setter from Edmonton, Alberta who is excited to get on the court and represent TKU this season. He is in his second year of study for his social science program where he intends to become a teacher after his time at Kings. Seth played for Edmonton Christian Highschool and the Nooks Volleyball club prior to joining the eagles squad. With the Nooks, Seth earned a bronze medal at the U17 provincial championships and played an integral part in that success. During the 2020/2021 Covid-19 season, he earned the TKU men’s volleyball most improved award by consistently grinding on the court to reach his full potential. Seth brings positivity on and off the court and his character is consistently reflected onto his teammates.  When it comes to volleyball, Seth provides a masterclass ability to set the ball around the court which will provide his teammates with success on the road to being champions.
