Chad Boelee is a third year athlete originating from St. Albert, Alberta. Chad graduated from St Albert Catholic Highschool where he captained the Men’s Senior Volleyball team in both his grade 11 and grade 12 years. In his senior year, Chad led the team to the Division 2 Metro Championship, along with playing a key role in leading the program to 3A provincials for the first time in school history. Chad earned team MVP in grade 11 and 12. He was awarded Male Athlete of the Year in grade 11, along with being awarded as a Metro All-Star in both years. Chad played 6 years of club volleyball with SAS. His commitment to excellence and competitive spirit has enabled Chad to be a strong leader amongst his teammates. Chad returns to Kings volleyball excited to further develop his skills and to become a key player in the team’s success. Chad is studying in the Bachelor of Chemistry program, hoping to channel that into his after degree in Education. Fun fact: Chad can do a backflip wakeboarding.
